Animal Feed Pet Food

From feed pellets to fish food, from rapeseed meal to feed grade molasses, We produces a wide variety of products for the animal feed and pet food sectors.

Aquatic Feed

Proper nutrition is key to productive fish farming. From corn, wheat, soy and rice bran, we produce high-quality aquatic feed that contributes to healthier stock and profitability for customers in aquaculture.

Canola Meal

Canola meal is what remains after most of the oil is extracted from canola seeds. The resultant meal is molded into pellets for easier handling and flowability, and sold as an animal feed ingredient for added fat, fiber and protein nutrients.

Citrus Pulp Pellets

After the juice and oils have been extracted from citrus fruits, the remaining pulp is transformed into citrus pulp pellets, which are then sold as an energy-giving, fiber-rich animal feed ingredient.

Cottonseed Meal

Cottonseed meal is a by-product of cotton ginning, obtained by crushing the seeds and extracting their oil. The high protein and energy value of the remaining meal makes it an excellent ingredient for animal feed, mostly used by cattle producers.

Distillers Solubles

Distillers solubles is a liquid by-product of the production process that extracts ethanol from corn. It is condensed into a syrup which may then be applied to dried spent grains to produce DDGS, or sold directly as a nutritious animal feed ingredient.

Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles (DDGS)

DDGS is obtained by removing ethyl alcohol by distillation from the yeast fermentation of corn, and by separating and drying the resultant coarse grain fraction of the whole stillage. DDGS is used to add nutrition and palatability to animal feed and pet food.

Feed Barley

Barley grain has three major uses: livestock feed, raw material for alcohol and starch production, and food. LDC deals exclusively in rolled feed barley, sourced from Ukraine and Argentina for delivery to Australia, China, Thailand and the Middle East. In this last location, it is used as a popular feed for camels.

Feed Grains

Feed grain is any grain used for livestock feed. LDC feed grains production is mostly yellow corn, which is fed whole, rolled, cracked, flaked or further processed into DDGS or cornmeal. Primarily fed to hogs, poultry, cattle and pets, corn is not a high protein feed ingredient and usually represents only a certain percentage of a feed ration.
